A series of small group sessions with Susy Forbath have been scheduled for September 8th and 9th in the upper clubhouse.

The flyer inviting residents to participate suggested the following topics (which are also questions this blog intends to focus on):

   - So much information ... how do I know
     what to believe?
   - What if I am lower income and want to
     buy my lot?
   - What if I do not want to buy?
   - By law - what will happen to my rent?
   - What is market rent?

Sessions are limited to 20 people in order to allow time for more individual questions.  Call Joanne - 805-489-6602 - to sign up.
